The first week of semen retention is very exciting. I feel fresh energy during this period. Between day 5 to day 10, my body craves for sex and porn intensively.

This period used to be very challenging but after many experiences, it is becoming my favorite period.

Posting here daily does help me stay discipline.

For anyone that has done semen retention reading this, what helps you stay discipline during SR practice?

Day 5 to day 10 are red zones for sex and porn hunger. The lessons we learn from overcoming this period is priceless.

I can feel that hunger for sex and porn. It took me a while to realized being horny doesn't mean I need to participate in sex.
Today, when I feel horny, I do not have to do anything. I observe the feeling and move on with my life.

After we do lots of semen retention practice, it becomes a part of who we are.
This countdown is barely presenting anything unique. My body has gotten used to the changes that happens during this period of SR and that is the goal.

I am cruising through this countdown smoothly. One thing I noticed after doing few semen retention is that it gets better and easier the more I do it.

The longer I keep my semen, the stronger my confidence grows. This is because I have to win the decision to keep my semen against my biological reasoning.

Every time I keep my decision, my confidence grow.

Temptation never stops during semen retention. I am always horny and tempted to break the count but the goal is understanding is a normal feeling.
Semen retention is all about being at peace with being horny and not react to do anything.

What alternative name could be used to replace "semen retention"?

Semen retention is one of the best thing I have ever done in my life. It has expanded my energy and confidence dramatically.

The longer I am able to hold my semen, the longer I am able to create more.

I spent years not understanding this relationship btw holding my semen and creativity. I hope you take advantage of this knowledge.

I felt extra energy yesterday and today. From my experience, deeper spiritual awareness tend to follow after this period.
