Every streak, day by day, exactly as it was lived: the 178 days, the months, the two weeks, the five days, and the honest restarts in between.
These are my real daily entries, written as I lived them. For years, my lack of control over porn made me relapse within four days or a week. I learned that fear and running away didn’t work. What worked was building willpower first: 90 days of semen retention with no erotic material at all. After that, I could face it with limits and control, and it no longer ruled me. If you’re early in your journey, protect yourself and avoid erotic material. The strength comes.
