What I expect from this countdown is to continue to observe my sex energy.
To understand more on what influences them to stay consistency and what made them go up and down.
I am very happy to get back to counting down again because I am most strongest when I'm counting down.

My sex energy is surprisingly higher for day 2. My whole body radiates with burning energy.
Sex energy is in many ways an uncomfortable energy to carry. This is why we are happy and relieved when we ejaculate and get rid of it.

Holding it in and feeling it is what SRE is.

This semen retention countdown feels like it is going to be a fiery one.
My body is feeling the burning of my sex energy..
I am looking forward for what comes from this. I expect my heat to increase as this countdown continues.

On this SRC, I will be dropping knowledge about addiction.
After I reached my 90 days SRC, I knew my porn addiction is over.

I feel confident. I feel strong. I feel grateful. I feel balanced. I feel blessed. Today sex energy is mild high.

If you tell me, I will one day rose above porn addiction, I will hardly believe it.
A bad addiction will know you more than you know yourself.

So far, this feels like classic semen retention progression. The heat (sex energy) grows slowly and gradually increases. 🔥70% ⬆️.
Addiction is when we repeat doing something we do not need/want to do.
This is because our willpower is low and our brain is running the show.

When I am on semen retention, my mind is full of confidence. This is because I know is almost impossible for me to ejaculate my semen at this period because many practices of SR has strengthened my willpower.

I have observed addiction never goes 100% away, rather we live above it.

I believe is the discipline of being with the heat makes it easier to be discipline in other areas of my life.

No addiction is impossible to beak. Every failure in SRC is a good stepping stone.

Some days I almost forgot I am counting down on SR. I like these days because they remind me how in sync I have become with semen retention.

To understand an addiction, you must know the triggers, the reaction, the pros and cons of the reaction, and the after effects.

On these triple 3 weeks SRC, I have been very focused on feeling day 12 to day 18 deeply.

What I have consistently felt during these days are calm gentle energy. I will say completing 2 weeks is powerful and enough but is always good to push forward and do more days.

From today, I will take 5 days off. I will be posting during these five days. I will try to include wisdom I learnt over the years of doing SR.

After 5 days, I will count for one month and take 5 days off. I will repeat it X3.
