Today is the second to last review before this semen retention countdown experience ends.
I am full of joy. I have done many semen retention countdown, this has to be one of the best I have experienced.
I love the low fire 🔥 intensity. I enjoyed the silent increased energy. I love the 180 day semen retention I am highlighting. They have been amazing. They are full of happy memories and lessons I had experienced and some I had forgotten. They have validated many of my experiences that I am currently witnessing now.
Having said that, going back to my early prediction when I started this 1 month semen retention countdown, I predicted at this stage, I will be experiencing more spiritual growth.
Yes, I am more stoic. I am more inward focused (spiritual). I am more present in the moment. I am more confidence and self assured.
These are signs of spiritual growth.
One weird thing happened that I didn't expect at this stage. I had a wet dream. (Wet dream is when an adult male woke up and discovered he has ejaculated semen without physically having sex. It happened in his dream state of mind)
This happened on day 23. I had a rough sleep that day. I woke up around 4am, fell back at sleep by 6am. I woke up again around 6:50am and my blanket was wet. There were semen every where. I didn't remember having any dream. I wasn't horny. It just happened. It was a way of my body resetting itself naturally.
It happened too early. My 180 day semen retention wet dream happened around 174 days.
Again this semen retention did not follow my average SRCE pattern. But any how, I welcome the experience. I love them.
Another thing to add is, wet dream is an indication that I need to release my semen. Is saying, you are too full, offload.
Great. I can't wait but I have 5 more days before this SRCE ends. If I feel pain around my prostate area that won't go away that is a sign of semen impaction. Then I will end this semen retention countdown.
But with the voluntary semen release, I think I have more space to go. I have to watch my body.
This is my 25th day review. Is really an amazing one.
